Free Exchange
- We can not offer free exchange for “non-fit size” of suit you have ordered as per your own requirements.
- Alternatively we have provided accurate Svaor®. Size-Chart with the detailed measurements for each body part along with “how to measure” guidance.
- Measurements provided as per “classic suit”.
- Additionally each suit have 3cm a spare material, that will help you increase the size in the feature if required.
Return
We can assure you in highest quality of the fabrics we use and the garments we produse. In the sitation where any damages occured during transportation we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Any damage must be reported to us with the picture attachment and delivery slip within 5 days from the date of delivery. We will always process your request in your favor.
- The eligible product(s) should be in new and unworn condition in the original Svaor® packaging accompanied with all labels
- We reserve the right to deny any items that do not meet our policy’s requirements or if the defect appears to have been caused by careless handling by the recipient.
Refunds
- For returned items: Please allow 4-8 business days for your package to arrive at our return center. The amount of the refund will be issued as a store credit and will appear in your personal account.
- If the package returned due to non-quality or damage during transportation where exchange of items haven’t requested by client., cash refund will be initiated.
- The original shipping fee and insurance (if applied) are non-refundable.
Order Canceling
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.
- If you’ve placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us at your earliest convenience. If the order not yet produced we can easily modify.
- For the orders that are already shipped out or have been processed you will be required to follow the standard returns procedure once received.
How do I make a return?
Follow these steps to return:
- Step 1: Send us an email to Care@svaor.ae attaching a pictures of defects along with the delivery slip.
- Step 2: We will provide you a return address and the relevant information once your return request meet our policy and approved.
- Step 3: Prepare your package for the return in its original packaging accomplished with the labels
- Step 4: Send your return back to us on provided by us address. Kindly send a copy of receipt and parsel tracking number. We will not be able to process your return without tracking information
- You will receive an email as soon as your return has been received by us, inspected and processed.
