Warranty Coverage

- Alterations or repairs not made by Svaor®.
Claiming the Warranty
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at care@svaor.ae with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the defect
- Photos of the defective item
Once we receive your request, we will assess the issue and may ask for the item to be returned for inspection. If the claim is approved, we will either:
- Repair the item
- Replace it with a new or comparable product
- Provide store credit or a refund, at our discretion.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
- If a warranty claim is approved, we will cover the shipping costs for returning the defective item to us and sending a replacement.
- If the claim is not approved, the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the item.
Exclusions
This warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Svaor® or from our authorized retailers. Items purchased through third-party sellers or resale platforms are not covered by this warranty.
Legal Rights
This warranty provides specific legal rights, but you may also have other rights under applicable local laws. This warranty does not limit or override any statutory rights you may have.
